PUUURR-FECTLY EXCITED TO GET STARTED!

I am so excited about this CCATS school year! We are going to learn some really awesome things and participate in cool experiments! Below is the supply list for this year!

WELCOME BACK TO A NEW CCATS YEAR!!

I am excited about this year’s gifted units of study.  Gifted students in grades 3-5 will attend classes 5 ½ hours every other week.  Classes will begin the week of September 1^st.  Please see the class schedule for your student’s 1^st meeting date.

LaFayette-Lanier 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th Grade will be bussed to Huguley.

Huguley students will be served at Huguley.

Supply List for CCATS

Pencil Pouch  

Scissors

2 glue sticks

1 bottle of glue

1 small pack of colored pencils

1 small pack of markers

2 black sharpies- fine tip

USB Flash Drive – 4GB is plenty

Pencils- only a few  

Boys – 1 roll of paper towels

Girls- 1 container of disinfectant wipes

All supplies will remain in the CCATS classroom for the school year.

Also, in an effort to continue to improve communication, I will be using REMIND again this year.  I have sent emails for instructions on how to sign on using your computer or phone. If you did not get this information by email please contact me through email so that I may send you instructions.  I hope this will allow you to receive information in a timely manner.

I will once again be using ClassDojo as a behavior management system. It allows you to see how great your child is in class and when they have a rough day. I will comment on your child after each class. I will be sending home the information explaining how to sign up by computer or phone. This is a valuable tool that keeps us all in sync!
